TWIN BRIDGES NPLC CLINIC INFO:
In our efforts to embrace social distancing as encouraged by the Ministry of Health’s guidelines, we are engaging in phone or virtual visits unless a visit to the clinic is determined by your Nurse Practitioner to be essential. Please speak to reception about scheduling a phone or virtual appointment with your NP. Please call the clinic before coming into the building as we are attempting to limit the number of people in the clinic, keeping your safety and ours in mind.

Monday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Appointments are necessary.
Please call ahead to book appointment 226-776-9030.
Appointments are necessary for all medication refills. Please monitor your prescriptions and request an appointment at least 2 weeks prior to prescriptions expiring.
Urgent appointments may be available. All appointment requests will be triaged by our medical receptionists, and patients will be asked to provide specific information about their concern(s) so that we can allot an appropriate amount of time.
Appropriate visits for urgent care appointments include:
- Urinary tract infections
- diarrhea
- rashes
- fever
- minor injuries or cuts
- sore throat and colds
**Any emergency conditions such as chest pain or severe injury call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
